Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, substitution, and related financial obligations for contracted engagements are governed by the applicable written performance or service agreement.
Client-requested changes may affect availability, pricing, travel arrangements, production requirements, deposits, retainers, or other contractual obligations.
Certain events may occur outside the reasonable control of either party, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, government actions, public emergencies, venue closures, serious illness or injury, widespread utility or communications failures, civil disturbances, or other extraordinary circumstances.
Rights and obligations concerning such circumstances for a contracted engagement will be determined by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
Clients, venues, event organizers, and other contracting parties are responsible for satisfying obligations assigned to them under the applicable agreement, which may include providing appropriate facilities, access, staging, audio, lighting, electrical service, security, staffing, scheduling, permissions, accommodations, and other production or event requirements.
Certain Elijah Edwards performances are interactive and may involve voluntary audience participation. Participation requirements and the nature of individual performances may vary depending on the event, audience, venue, program, and contracted format.
Audience members remain responsible for following venue rules, event instructions, applicable laws, and reasonable directions given in connection with a performance.
Unless otherwise stated, website content and proprietary materials associated with Elijah Edwards Entertainment LLC may include trademarks, trade names, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, written copy, designs, presentations, show concepts, scripts, performance materials, marketing materials, digital assets, and other intellectual property.
Such materials may be owned by Elijah Edwards Entertainment LLC, Elijah Edwards, licensors, photographers, production partners, or other applicable rights holders.
