15 to 20 straight-backed, armless banquet chairs arranged in a single convex semicircle across the rear of the stage deck. Armless construction is mandatory to guarantee unrestricted volunteer mobility and safety.

Artist travels self-contained with high-fidelity digital wireless microphone systems and sub-mixer. Host facility supplies two active powered speakers via XLR line drops (or line-level tie-in to the house FOH console).

Elijah travels self-contained with high-grade digital wireless microphones, receivers, and a compact sub-mixer. The host venue or AV crew simply supplies access to two active powered PA speakers via balanced XLR line drops, or two open line-level channels on the house FOH mixing console.
What are the minimum stage and riser dimensions for Elijah Edwards' show?
A level, unobstructed raised presentation platform with direct audience sightlines. The minimum suggested platform is 16 feet wide by 12 feet deep, elevated 1.5 to 3 feet above the room floor. Larger stages are fully compatible. A stable set of stairs leading to the audience floor is required for participant access.
What type of chairs are required for stage volunteers during comedy hypnosis?
15 to 20 solid, armless banquet or conference chairs arranged in an open convex arc across the rear of the stage platform. Armless construction is strictly mandatory to ensure lateral clearance, participant safety, and free physical movement.
How long is required for load-in, setup, and sound check?
We request a 180-minute pre-doors window with the venue's lead audio engineer on site. Physical setup takes under 20 minutes, with the remainder of the window dedicated to RF wireless spectrum coordination, vocal equalization, and lighting balancing before guests enter the room.

The performance requires a clean, even white stage wash covering the entire stage deck and volunteer chairs. The audience or house lights should remain dimmed to approximately 25% to 40% so Elijah can see and interact directly with attendees in the room.

Elijah Edwards Entertainment LLC holds an active $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability policy. Custom Certificates of Insurance (COI) naming the client, hotel property, or production company as additionally insured are issued within 24 business hours alongside completed W-9 forms.
